Add a business process to a business unit

    • Add existing business processes to a business unit or create a new business process from the business unit record.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
    3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
    4. Select Business Units.
    5. Select the business unit that you want to add a business process to.
    6. Select the Related business processes tab.
    7. Add a business process using one of the following methods.
      • To add an existing business process:
        1. Select Add.
        2. In the Add business process window, search for and select the business process.
        3. Select Add.
      • To create a business process, select New and complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, see Create business process form.

    Result

    The business process appears in the Related business processes related list for the business unit.
