Remove business roles from business actors

    • Remove business roles from business actors when organizational responsibilities change or role assignments are no longer needed.

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    About this task

    Removing a business role from a business actor disassociates the role from that actor. The business role itself is not deleted and can be reassigned to other actors.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. To open the Portfolio List view, select the Portfolio icon ().
    3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
    4. Select Business Actors.
    5. Select the business actor that you want to remove a business role from.
    6. Select the Business roles tab.
    7. Select the checkbox next to the business role that you want to remove, and select Remove.
      A confirmation message appears.
    8. Select Remove.
