Employee Journeys in EmployeeWorks Web App brings journeys and lifecycle events together in one unified experience powered by ServiceNow's AI-native employee experience platform.
EmployeeWorks Web App is set to the primary employee experience layer for journey. Employees and managers can view, navigate, and complete their journeys and lifecycle events entirely within EmployeeWorks Web App. To use this capability install Employee Journeys for EmployeeWorks and Employee Slate plugin. For more information, see [Install Employee Journeys for EmployeeWorks and Employee Slate](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/uKcfl3c4x1bayIlUMuK04A "Install the Employee Journeys for EmployeeWorks and Employee Slate version 1 application to enable employees and managers to view, navigate, and complete journeys in EmployeeWorks.") and [Fix Restricted Caller Access (RCA) approval requests](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/pjIDGLoEPViFPw9M9Nbujw "After you install or upgrade to the latest Journey designer application or Employee Journeys for EmployeeWorks and Employee Slate plugin from ServiceNow Store, you might encounter RCA approval messages requesting for an update in the access request.").
