Workplace Maintenance Management dashboard and analytics

  • The Workplace Maintenance Management dashboard and reporting module provide high-level reporting on maintenance plans, plan records, and cases. Preventive maintenance dashboard provides insights for workplace managers and administrators on all plans, live active plans, plans in draft state, and maintenance cases.

    To view the dashboard, you must be assigned one of the following roles:
    • sn_wsd_maint.admin
    • sn_wsd_maint.manager
    Access the dashboard by navigating to All > Workplace Central > Preventive Maintenance > Maintenance Plans. Within the Preventive Maintenance tab, the different parts of the dashboard can be selected.
    Nota:
    Two scheduled jobs Workplace Maintenance Case Daily Data Collection and Workplace Maintenance Case Historical Data Collection collect data to provide insights in Workplace Maintenance Management Dashboard.

    A filtered list of workplace management plans can be viewed by clicking the following score components:

    Data Description
    All Plans Total number of maintenance plan records.

    The All plans view provides a summary of all your maintenance plans. You can monitor plans, including the plan start and end dates and review the status of a maintenance plan (plans in work in progress or in a draft state).

    My Plans Personal assigned plans. Shows workplace management plans created by workplace users.
    Active Plans Live active plans that are initiated.
    Draft Plans Plans that are in a Draft state.
    Maintenance cases this month Graphically presented in a pie or line chart. Provides insights on the total number of Preventive and Corrective maintenance plans. Click an item on the chart to view maintenance case details for a maintenance plan record.

    Point to the graph or pie chart to view details. Selecting the pie chart or the graph takes the user to a tab that lists the maintenance cases.

    Selecting a plan from the list of plans take the user to a tab that lists the details for that plan record. Selecting the New button enables you to create a maintenance plan. For more information, see Create or copy a maintenance schedule.
