Mappedin is a third-party Indoor map provider. Integrate Mappedin with Workplace Service Delivery to provide indoor navigation.

## Configure Mappedin Overview {#mappedin-integration-topics__section_ytq_csy_1tb}

Mappedin version 1.11.0 is not available for new customers to install. Existing customers can upgrade to Mappedin version 1.11.0.

Mappedin indoor mapping software is integrated with Workplace Service Delivery
to deliver digital mapping platform for employees and workplace users.

## Integrate Mappedin with Workplace Service Delivery {#mappedin-integration-topics__section_mlf_dsy_1tb}

Integrate Mappedin with Workplace Service Delivery to provide employees,
facility managers, and workplace users the ability to leverage indoor navigation capabilities.
Floor plans are updated in real-time to provide a seamless navigation inside the workplace
areas, buildings, and floors. Mappedin provides interactive locations and wayfinding solutions
within a workplace space. The integration allows customers to easily switch back and forth from
the Workplace Service Delivery solution to the Mappedin map editor using Single Sign-On
(SSO).

Facility managers can edit floor plans in real-time and employees can reserve a workplace
space using the interactive floor maps to view the reserved, unavailable, and available spaces
for booking a meeting room and so on. The spaces are color coded to differentiate such spaces
from each other.

  Activate the Mappedin integration if you have the admin role.
