# Add prospects to job requisitions

Add relevant profiles directly to the job requisition as job prospects.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Go to the Job requisition tab.
3. Select the required job requisition.
4. Go to the Prospects tab of the job requisition record page.
5. Select Add prospects to view the talent profiles and talent pool, you've access to, listed in the Add prospects pop-up window.
6. You can either choose talent profiles or choose profiles from a talent pool.
   * To add talent profiles directly, select the required profiles from the Select talent from list.
   * To add profiles from a talent pool, select the pool from the Select talent from list.

   Nota:  
   You see a pool in the drop-down list only if you're the owner of the pool, one of the collaborators, or the pool is shared with you.
7. Select Add to finish adding the talent profiles as job prospects.
