# Create a visitor badge template

# Create a visitor badge template {#ariaid-title1}

Create an HTML template that can be used to print badges for your workplace locations.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_wsd_visitor.manager, sn_wsd_core.workplace_manager

Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllWorkplace Visitor ManagementAdministrationVisitor badge templates.
2. On the Html Templates list, select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the HTML template record. |
   | Body | Body of the HTML template. You can use the source code icon (\<\>) to edit the HTML code of the body. You can select fields from the Select variables option to add them as variables to the HTML body. |
   | Table | Table that variables for the template are picked from. The Visitor Registration \[sn_wsd_visitor_visitor_registration\] table is selected by default. |
   | Paper size | Paper size that is used to print the badge. |

4. Select Submit.  
   The badge template record is created.
