A record producer helps you set up a legal intake form containing fields that a
requester has to fill in and initiate a legal request.

A record producer for a legal service is associated to a practice area and appears under a
service catalog category defined in the practice area. The practice area also has the service
level agreement and assignment rules configured. Based on the assignment rules, the request is
assigned to an appropriate legal group or legal user to resolve.
