  • Use Union Contacts to create and track the people who work for a union or local chapter organization.

    Role required: admin

    Nota:
    Creating a union contact does not create a user record.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > HR Administration > Labor Unions > Union Contacts.
    2. Select New.
    3. Fill in the form.

      Field Description
      Contact name Name of the union contact.
      Phone number Phone number of union contact.
      Email Email address of union contact.
      Labor union The labor union that the contact person is associated with.
      Nota:
      For more information, see Create a labor union.
      Local union chapter The chapter of the labor union the contact person is associated with.
      Nota:
      For more information, see Create a local chapter.
      Labor union role The contact person's role within the labor union.
    4. Select Save or Submit.
