Legal fulfillers or matter owners can use the Involved Party form to add or modify an
involved party in a legal request or legal matter assigned to them.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Type | Type of involved party. * Complainant: A user who submitted the complaint. * Subject of allegation: A user against whom the complaint has been submitted. * Witness: A user who was present at the incident described in the complaint. * Other: A user who can be a stakeholder in the investigation. {#involved-party-form__ul_qkc_l2x_f5b} |
| External user | Option to specify whether the user is from outside the organization. |
| Internal party | User added as an involved party. The Internal party field is replaced by the External party field when the External user option is selected. |
| Email | Email ID of the involved party. For the internal employee, the email ID is auto-populated from the User profile. For an external employee, enter the email ID. This field is available only when the External user option is selected. |
| Notes | Any additional information about the involved party. |
