# Select an interview slot

As an applicant, select an interview slot from a list of proposed slots.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.external_applicant or sn_ta_hiring_core.internal_applicant

## Procedimento

1. Log in to Applicant Center.  
   For more information, see [Access the Applicant Center](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/YNHbLgLaemQZl4SUwqJirw "Log in to the Applicant Center without a password and explore the portal easily.").
2. On the Applicant Center home page, under the Keep track of what's going on section, locate the proposed interview.
3. Select Select slot.
4. Select your preferred time slot.  
   Nota:  
   * If you don't have Applicant Center activated, you can manually select a slot from the email that you receive after an interview is proposed by replying to the email.
   * When selecting a slot, if it's already booked by another applicant, a message indicating the slot is unavailable is displayed.
   * If you're not able to find a suitable time slot or the slots have already been booked, you can request for additional time slots or share your scheduling preferences again. ## Resultado

After a slot is selected, an email with the confirmed slot is sent to the recruiter and the hiring team, and the interview is scheduled.
