The content in a stage with a to-do trigger becomes available when a user completes a specific to-do item from another stage in the campaign. For example, create a stage that sends a confirmation email when an employee
completes the "Select health plan" to-do item.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ca.campaign_manager

Complete the steps to [Create a campaign](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/zbNzSY1Ns1H5vcDsGPdJcw "Create a campaign to push communications and important information to your employees.")

Create a stage with a to-do content item. For more information on this content type, see [To-do content](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/7dkOQ_R0rdbkfNO6DWT5MQ "You can assign tasks to your employees that prompts them to take action.").

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

Stages organize and manage the delivery of campaign content. When configuring a stage, you set the stage trigger, which determines when content becomes available and for how long.
Nota:
Some parts of the interface use the term "bundles" to refer to stages.

Create a stage that is triggered when the user completes a to-do item from another stage.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllContent ExperiencesContent Experience Builder.
2. Select the campaign and click the Schedule of content tab or click Next.
3. Click Create stage.
   A stage is a visible area to add content.
4. On the form, fill in the fields.
   {#create-stage-to-do-trigger__campaign-bundle-fields__entry__3}{#create-stage-to-do-trigger__row-title}{#create-stage-to-do-trigger__row-campaign}{#create-stage-to-do-trigger__row-description}

   | Field |   | Description |
   |-|-|-|
   | Title || The name of the campaign bundle. |
   | Campaign || The campaign associated with the campaign bundle. |
   | Trigger type || Select To-do Completion. |
   | Description || Descriptive information about the campaign bundle. |
   | Trigger item || The to-do item that activates the content in this bundle. |

   | Date offset quantity || The number of days, weeks, or months to offset the trigger type. |
   | Date offset units || Units of time to offset the trigger type. |
   | When || Whether to offset the units before or after the set date. |
   | EndDuration type || Defines how long the content in this stage is available. Choose from: * Campaign end date makes content available until the campaign ends. * Time Length ends content after a specific number of days or hours. * Dynamic field uses a trigger table and field to determine when content is no longer available. An example is to end content based on an employee's HR profile and employment end date. {#create-stage-to-do-trigger__ul_bzf_3h4_2bc} |

   | If you selected Dynamic field | Offset end date | Select to indicate content availability ends after a specific amount of time. |
