Key Features
- Flow Execution Summarization: Automatically summarizes flow execution data to provide clear insights into flow performance and problems.
- Error Identification and Recommendations: Uses the ServiceNow Otto for Creator AI skill to scan executions, detect errors, and suggest potential fixes.
- Skill Activation: Customers activate the Flow execution analysis skill to unlock these insights and assistance within their environment.
- AI and Data Considerations: The feature uses AI and machine learning, which may not always produce perfect results; customers should employ human oversight and evaluate outputs critically.
Important Considerations
- Availability of AI features depends on region, data center type, and regulatory environment; some capabilities may be restricted in FedRAMP, NSC DOD IL5, Australia IRAP-Protected, regulated markets, or self-hosted environments.
- Data used for analysis is transferred to centralized ServiceNow environments and may involve third-party cloud providers, with data handling governed by ServiceNow policies.
- Generative AI skills and agents may be enabled by default for new customers or upon product installation; existing customers upgrading may retain prior configurations.
- Customers must comply with ServiceNow’s AI Acceptable Use Policy and ensure appropriate testing before relying on AI-generated recommendations, especially in critical domains like healthcare or finance.
Next Steps for Customers
- Activate the Flow execution analysis skill within your ServiceNow instance to begin summarizing and analyzing flow executions.
- Use the AI-powered insights to quickly identify flow errors and obtain actionable recommendations to improve flow performance and reduce downtime.
- Continuously monitor AI outputs and apply human judgment to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

AI limitations
This application uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, which are rapidly evolving fields of study that generate predictions based on patterns in data. As a result, this application may not always produce accurate, complete, or appropriate information. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that this application has been fully trained or tested for your use case. To mitigate these issues, it is your responsibility to test and evaluate your use of this application for accuracy, harm, and appropriateness for your use case, employ human oversight of output, and refrain from relying solely on AI-generated outputs for decision-making purposes. This is especially important if you choose to deploy this application in areas with consequential impacts such as healthcare, finance, legal, employment, security, or infrastructure. You agree to abide by ServiceNow’s AI Acceptable Use Policy, which may be updated by ServiceNow.
Data processing
This application requires data to be transferred from ServiceNow customers' individual instances to a centralized ServiceNow environment, which may be located in a different data center region from the one where your instance is, and potentially to a third-party cloud provider, such as Microsoft Azure. This data is handled per ServiceNow's internal policies and procedures, including our policies available through our CORE Compliance Portal.
