    • When installing Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams, the ServiceNow AI Platform® makes the instance configuration simpler by dynamically determining the bot type for commercial and SPP (ServiceNow Protected Platform) environments from the Tokyo release.

    The process of installing and configuring Microsoft Teams integration with Virtual Agent in an SPP environment is similar to that of the installation and configuration of the pre-published bot in a commercial environment. But it is the environment in which you are installing makes the difference and the bot is available based on the installation environment.

    After you complete the Microsoft Teams integration with Virtual Agent in an instance with SPP environment, the Now VirtualAgent Australia SPP bot is available for Australian Govt customers.
