    Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams workflow

    Ensure that you have a Microsoft 365 account with admin privileges (admin.microsoft.com accessible). To install Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams, you need the admin or virtual_agent_admin role.

    1. Install Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams.
    2. Add integrations.
      Integrate with Virtual Agent.
      Manage and configure Virtual Agent settings.
      Integrate with a self-configured bot.
      Create a bot in Microsoft Teams. Manage and configure the self-configured bot, then generate the manifest file. Upload the manifest file to Microsoft Teams. Configure Virtual Agent settings.
      Note:
      Verify that you enabled Message Extensions when generating the manifest file, and verify your bot name is one word.
