In earlier releases, the pre-built Virtual Agent messaging integration for Slack was part of the Virtual Agent platform. This integration is now the Conversational Integration with Slack app, available from the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home).
