    About this task

    Modify knowledge base settings to control how articles are published, retired, and managed across your organization.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Core Business Suite > Configure.
    2. Select Knowledge in Core Business Suite module under the Configuration Console.
      You can perform the same steps to edit knowledge bases under each business unit module.
    3. On the Edit knowledge base form, fill in the fields and select Save.
