Access Business Location 360 as a location service agent

  • Access the business location 360 page in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application as a customer service agent. You can get a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the business location issues all in one place.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice_agent, svc_location_consumer_agent, sn_customerservice.svc_location_agent, and admin

    About this task

    As a customer service agent (sn_customerservice_agent), you can use the business location details to provide the case resolutions or create cases for a business location. As a location service agent, you can view supported business locations based on supported business location criteria on the business location 360 page for external locations.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. On the Lists tab, select Cases > All.
    3. In the Cases list, select a case record with a business location.
    4. Access the Business Location 360 page by selecting the Business Location tab.
