Access Business Location 360 as a customer service manager

  • Access the business location 360 page in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application as a customer service manager. You can get a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the business location issues all in one place.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice_manager, svc_location_consumer_agent, sn_customerservice.svc_location_agent, and admin

    About this task

    As a customer service manager (sn_customerservice_manager), you can view the issues that are reported at your individual business locations and across hierarchies.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. On the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Lists tab, select Service Organizations > Internal/External Business Locations.
    3. In the Internal/External Business Locations list, select a record.
    4. Access the Business Location 360 page by selecting the Business Location tab.
