Role required: sn_customerservice_manager, svc_location_consumer_agent, sn_customerservice.svc_location_agent, and admin
About this task
As a customer service manager (sn_customerservice_manager), you can view the issues that are reported at your individual business locations and across hierarchies.
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- On the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Lists tab, select .
- In the Internal/External Business Locations list, select a record.
- Access the Business Location 360 page by selecting the Business Location tab.
