Activate Case Action Status
Activate the Case Action Status application to use the case action status feature. You can install the Case Action Status application (com.snc.csm_action_status) if you have the admin role.
Before you begin
- Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see Get entitlement for a ServiceNow product or application.
- Review the Customer Service Case Action Status application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.

Case action status provides a Customer Service-specific application of the Action Status Automation feature, which tracks blocking tasks created for customer service cases and updates the action status indicators.
