Activate Email Interaction for CSM

  • Activate the Email Interaction for CSM plugin (sn_eaai_csm) for new or existing CSM customers. This plugin includes demo data and activates related plugins if they aren’t already active.

    About this task

    The flows are deployed with Email Interaction for CSM and are enabled by default for new CSM customers. The flows aren’t enabled by default for existing CSM customers. To manually activate the flows, Activate a flow for Email Interaction for CSM

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.
      The Review Installation Details dialog is displayed.
    2. Find the Email Interaction for CSM using the filter criteria and search bar.
      The app is available in the Store applications section.
    3. Start the installation process by selecting Install.
      The Review Installation Details dialog box is displayed.
    4. Review the details of the installation.
    5. Verify that the Install now option is selected.
    6. Optional: If you want to get the demo data, select the Load demo data check box.
    7. Select Install.

    Result

    The Email Interaction for CSM plugin is successfully installed.
