Activate Customer Service Management with Service Portfolio Management

  • Activate the CSM with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) plugin to use the integration with Service Portfolio Management.

    Before you begin

    Consider using guided setup to complete the Service Portfolio Management configuration. For more information, see Integrate with Service Portfolio Management using Guided Setup.
    Note:
    Check your entitlements to determine whether you have access to the integration with Service Portfolio Management and the CSM with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) plugin (sn_csm_spm).

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
    2. Search for the sn_csm_spm plugin.
    3. Select Activate.
