Assign the Unified Consumer role to a user

    • Assign the Unified Consumer (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer) role to the sys_user to designate them as a consumer in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > User Administration > Users.
    2. Select the user from the user record.
    3. In the Roles related list, select Edit.
    4. In the Collection list, select the Unified Consumer (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer) role and move it to the Roles list.
    5. Select Save.

    Result

    The sys_user is assigned to a unified consumer role (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer).
