Add related lists to sold products and install base items

  • Add Customer Contracts and Entitlements entities' related lists on the sold products and install base Items pages.

    About this task

    To see the contracts, contract line items, and entitlements associated with a sold product, or an Install base Item on the same page, you must add the respective related lists manually on the form.

    Note:
    You can only add the related lists on the platform interface. The same settings are implemented on the CSM Configurable Workspace.

    Procedure

    1. Add related lists to sold products and install base items.
      Add toProcedure
      Sold Product
      1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Products > Sold Products.
      2. Select the sold product.
      Install Base Item
      1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Products > Install Base Items.
      2. Select the install base item.
    2. From the Additional actions menu, select Configure > Related Lists.
    3. Select the following related lists from the Available menu and move them to the Selected menu using the Add option (forward arrow):
      • Service Contracts
      • Service Contract Lines
      • Service Entitlements
    4. Select Save.
      The related lists are added on the Sold Product or Install Base Item form.
