Share an address through non-related accounts

  • Enable your users to reuse the same address between multiple non-related accounts. This way, you can share an address between multiple accounts by using the Location field on the Account Address form.

    Before you begin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Accounts.
    2. Select an account and navigate to Related List> Account Addresses.
    3. Select New.
    4. Select the search icon next to the Location field.
    5. From the pop-up, select a location that you want to reuse.

    6. Select the search icon next to the Account field.
    7. Choose the account for which you want to reuse the address.
      Note:
