Assign the consumer role to a contact
Assign the Consumer (sn_customerservice.consumer) role to the customer_contact to designate them as a consumer in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select a contact from the contact records.
- In the Roles related list, select Edit.
- In the Collection list, select the Consumer (sn_customerservice.consumer) role and move it to the Roles list.
- Select Save.
Result
Selected contact is now both a consumer and a contact.
