    Associate your company records with a business location to enhance service organization data model adoption across different industry verticals.

    Before you begin

    Add the Company field to an internal or an external business location form using the form layout. For more information, see Add fields to a form layout in Table Builder.

    Role required: admin, user_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Service Organizations > Internal/External Business Locations.
    2. Select the internal or external business location from the list that you want to associate a company record to.

    3. Select the company record previously created from the Company field.
    4. Select and hold (or right-click) in the header and select Save.

    Result

    The company record is successfully associated with a business location.
