Change your password from the consumer portal.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_customerservice.customer
Procedure

Click your user name in the portal header to display the user profile
information.

Click Change Password.

Fill in the fields on the Change Password form, as appropriate.

The current password. This field is automatically

| New Password |
The new password. This password must:
- Be a minimum of eight characters in length
- Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase
letter
- Include at least one number
