    About this task

    A moderation task is generated when a community user reports inappropriate content or community profiles. By default, the system assigns the task to the community moderator group. You can also configure your system to always require content moderation for a particular user or group.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Routing and Assignment > Assignment Rules.
    2. On the Assignment Rules page, search and select sn_communities_moderation_task in the Table column.
    3. On the Moderation Task Assignment Group page, enter the User and Group details in the Assign To tab.
    4. Select Update.
