Once you have accessed a public forum and decided to join the community, you can
self-register by signing up and accepting the community Terms and Conditions.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## About this task

Every community user has to have a community account. Existing users who access a

If the community Terms and Conditions are updated, all community users are prompted
to review and accept them when they log in the next time.
