Configure case digests
The Case Digests application enables you to provide periodic updates and resolution information about high priority customer service cases to customers and internal stakeholders. You can install the Case Digests application (com.sn_csm_case_digest) if you have the admin role.

Role required: csm_guided_setup_user or admin
About this task
The Case Digests application includes two types of case communication:
- Case action summary: While a case is in progress, agents can send periodic case updates that describe actions taken, next steps, and other case-related information.
- Post case review: When the work on a case has been completed, agents can a post a case review document that captures details about the issue, such as the root cause, mitigation plan, and preventive actions.
