Configuring Contracts and Entitlement Workflows

    • Configure the Contracts and Entitlement Workflows plugin (com.sn_contract_ent_wf) to generate and modify contracts using order management.

    As an admin, you can activate the Contracts and Entitlement Workflows plugin (com.sn_contract_ent_wf). For more information, see Activate a plugin.

    The following plugins are prerequisites for activating the Contracts and Entitlement Workflows plugin (com.sn_contract_ent_wf):

    Plugin Description
    Product Configuration UI (com.sn_prd_config_ui) Graphical interface that enables to configure complex products or services according to specific needs and requirements.
    Order Management (com.sn_ind_tmt_orm) Captures, enhances, and oversees the complete life cycle of the product and customer orders. With this plugin, you can efficiently handle the order orchestration, data enrichment, and composition to ensure an accurate and timely fulfillment.
    After installing the Contracts and Entitlement Workflows plugin (com.sn_contract_ent_wf)​, the following plugins are automatically installed:

    Customer Life Cycle Management Workflows (com.snc.l2c_cust_flows) Provides workflows to manage the life cycles of sold products and install base items.
