    • Register for the Consumer Service Portal to gain access and create a consumer profile.

    Before you begin

    Role required: none

    Ask your admin to install the External User Registration plugin (ID: com.sn_external_user_register) to view the register link on the Customer service portal header.

    Procedure

    1. Go to the Consumer Service Portal page by accessing your instance URL and adding a /csp suffix.
      For example, https://example.com/csp.
    2. Select Register.
    3. Fill in the fields on the registration form.
      Your email address must be unique. If you enter an address that is already in the system, you receive an error message. Try again with a different email address.
    4. Select Sign Up.
      A verification email is sent to the email address you provided.
    5. Click the link in the email to verify your email address.

    Result

    Your registration is complete. You can now log in to the Consumer Service Portal.
