Create a quote for business organizations

Create a quote and manage the price breakdown of the products by verifying product price details. Agents can analyze price details, discuss with customers and resellers, and decide on the proposed quote.

About this task

The channel partners can view a detailed price breakdown for each quote line item, confirming transparency in net price calculations. Quotes can be exported as PDFs and shared with customers for confirmation and signatures, improving communication and record-keeping. Additionally, quote-related parties can be created to facilitate sharing quotes with other business organizations in multi-partner sales scenarios.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Quote > New.
2. Select New.
   The Quote Record page is displayed.
3. On the Quote New record form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Submit.

Result

The channel partners can generate and manage sales quotes for customers, simplifying the sales cycle.

The quote is created. The quote is added to the list seen on the Quote page. You can add a channel partner. You can generate a PDF to share the quote with customers for their validation and confirmation.
