Create a record in CSM Configurable Workspace from the Record tab menu.

About this task
You can create records from the Add tab in CSM Configurable workspace. Select the plus sign (+) icon on the Add tab to see the list of records that can be created.Figure 1. Record creation from Add tab
In CSM Configurable Workspace, select the plus sign icon (+) icon on the Add tab.
If you can create more than one type of record, the system displays a list of the available record types. For example, New Interaction or New Incident.
Note:
If you can only
create one type of record, the system displays a blank form of that record type.
Select the type of record to create.
The system displays a blank form of that record type in the tab.
