Case line task page
The case line task page displays information about a task created for a case line item.
Agents can use the case line task page to view information about a case line task and to assign the task to other users.

The case line task page includes the following tabs:
- Details: Displays the case line task details, including the parent case and case line item, account and contact, and assigned group and user.
- SLAs: Displays the SLAs for the case line task.
- Time Worked: Displays time worked on the case line task.
Contextual side panel
The contextual side panel on the case line page includes different tools that agents can use to research and resolve customer issues. The contextual side panel on the case line task page includes the following tabs.

Activity stream
The activity stream on the case line task page displays a list of activities occurring on the case line task record.
The activity stream can be collapsed to provide a quick view of case activities or expanded to provide more detail about individual activities.
Agents can use the activity stream to post work notes and comments about the case line task and to view a list of the task activities.
