    • The dock is a bar at the bottom of the workspace where agents can see drafts of current comments, work notes, or emails at a glance.

    The dock is a bar at the bottom of the workspace where agents can minimize drafts of comments, work notes, or emails that they have created in modeless dialogs

    Agents can create drafts of comments, work notes, or emails in modeless dialogs and then minimize these drafts to the dock at the bottom of the workspace page. This feature centralizes drafts in the dock rather than behind a button.

    Items appear in the dock with an action type, such as email, comment, or work note, and an abbreviated title. Select a draft from the dock to reopen the modeless dialog,

    The dock can also include actions such as Manage and Save.
    Note:
    Depending on the record page configuration, action buttons can appear in the dock or at the top of the page in the action bar.

    The dock is a UI element that appears at the bottom of the workspace and is available on all of the CSM Configurable Workspace record pages.
