Edit an order case line item

  • Edit one or more order case line items for an order case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_order_case.creator, sn_order_case.agent, sn_customerservice_agent, admin

    Procedure

    1. Open an order case record in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select an order case line item in the Order Case Line list.
    3. Select Edit to display the Edit item panel.
    4. Edit the desired fields.
      Note:
      For cases created for multiple complete orders, agents can only make changes to the order header, such as changes to shipping dates and locations.
    5. Select Update at the bottom of the Edit item panel.
