Order case line item page
The Order case line item page displays information about an order case line item associated with an order case in CSM Configurable Workspace.
The order case line item record shows the details of an order case line item, including customer and product information, the requested change to the ordered quantity, the shipping location, and estimated dates. This record also
includes the following components:
- Details tab: Displays the case line item details, including order and account information, ordered and requested quantities, and shipping information.
- Tasks tab: Displays the tasks created for the case line item.
- Characteristics tab: Displays the specific characteristics of the case line item.
- Contextual side panel: The contextual side panel includes different tools that agents can use to research and resolve customer issues. The contextual side panel in the Order case line record page includes the following tabs.
