Create an order case line item for an order case

  • Create a new order case line item for an existing order case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_order_case.creator, sn_order_case.agent, sn_customerservice_agent, admin

    Procedure

    1. Open an order case record in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select New in the Order Case Line list.
      This opens a Create New Order Case Line record in a separate sub tab.
    3. Fill in the details for the new order case line item.
    4. Select Save.
      The system adds the new order case line to the Order Case Line list.
