Key Features
- Create Comments and Work Notes: Agents can utilize the Compose Activity modeless dialog to draft and post comments and work notes to the activity stream. Only one Compose window can be active at a time, and drafts are local to the browser.
- Email Management: The Compose Email modeless dialog enables agents to create, send, and manage email drafts quickly. Emails sent are automatically recorded in the activity stream.
- Minimization and Access: Both Compose Activity and Compose Email windows can be minimized and managed through the In-process Actions menu, allowing agents to maintain focus on primary tasks while drafting communications.
