Edit or remove chat session tabs

  • Edit the settings for configured SLA threshold levels, add or remove SLA threshold levels, or remove workspaces from the Configured workspaces list in the Conversational interfaces (CI) Admin Console.

    About this task

    The Session Tabs Settings section of the Agent Chat settings screen lists the workspaces that have configured SLA threshold levels. Under the Configured workspaces heading, you can see a list of the configured workspaces and the SLA threshold levels that have been configured for each workspace.

    From this section, you can do the following:
    • Remove a workspace from the Configured workspaces list.
    • Edit the SLA threshold levels for a workspace:
      • Update the timer value and tab color for an SLA threshold level.
      • Add or remove an SLA threshold level.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
      This displays the CI Admin Experience with the Settings tab selected.
    2. Select Agent Chat on the left side of the CI Admin console.
      This displays the Agent Chat settings screen.
    3. Scroll to the Session Tab Settings section to view a list of configured workspaces.
      This list displays the workspaces that have been configured for the instance. It also displays the SLA threshold levels that have been configured for each workspace.
    4. To edit a workspace, select Edit.
      The details of the configured SLA threshold timers are displayed in the Set SLA Levels section.
      1. From Set SLA Levels section, you can perform the following tasks:
        • Update the timer value for an SLA threshold level.
        • Update the tab color for an SLA threshold level.
        • Add an SLA threshold level.
        • Remove an SLA threshold level.
      2. Select Save on the Agent Chat settings screen to save your changes.
    5. To remove a workspace from the Configured workspaces list:
      1. Select Remove for the desired workspace.
      2. In the confirmation pop-up window, select Remove workspace.
        The workspace is removed from the Configured workspaces list in the Session Tab Settings section.
