Edit or remove chat session tabs
Edit the settings for configured SLA threshold levels, add or remove SLA threshold levels, or remove workspaces from the Configured workspaces list in the Conversational interfaces (CI) Admin Console.

About this task
The Session Tabs Settings section of the Agent Chat settings screen lists the workspaces that have configured SLA threshold levels. Under the Configured workspaces heading, you can see a list of the configured workspaces and the SLA threshold levels that have been configured for each workspace.
From this section, you can do the following:
- Remove a workspace from the Configured workspaces list.
- Edit the SLA threshold levels for a workspace:
- Update the timer value and tab color for an SLA threshold level.
- Add or remove an SLA threshold level.
