    Installing ServiceNow Link Manager

    Procedure
    1. Select the Extensions icon in Microsoft Edge and select Manage Extensions.
    2. Open the Edge Add-ons site, search for ServiceNow Link Manager, and select Get
    3. In the pop-up that appears, select Add to confirm.
    4. Once installed, the extension appears in your extensions list. It is enabled by default. You can toggle it to on or off as needed.
    5. You can pin the extension next to the address bar for quick access.

    Activating ServiceNow Link Manager

    Procedure
    1. Select Settings and more icon in the top-right corner and then Extensions.
    2. Locate the ServiceNow Link Manager toggle switch and turn it on.
    Note:
    The ServiceNow Link Manager extension turns on automatically in CSM and ITSM Workspace. It doesn't run in other ServiceNow workspaces.

    Using ServiceNow Link Manager

    Links typically open in a new browser tab. When ServiceNow Link Manager is activated, links consolidate into an already open ServiceNow workspace tab. This consolidation applies whether the link is clicked within ServiceNow itself or from an external site such as Gmail, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Outlook.
