Configure a Portal Mega Menu widget to define a menu category and associate pages to it to be able to navigate easily to different pages from the portal page.
Procedure

Navigate to .

On the Service Portals page, in the Title column, enter Customer Service.

Select Customer Service.

On the Customer Service form, in the Main menu field, select the Preview this record icon (
).
If a message appears about the application scope, select here to be able to edit the record.

On the Instance with Menu form, select Open Record.

On the CSP Header Menu form, if Portal Mega Menu doesn’t appear in the Widget field, search for and select it.

Select Update.

On the CSP Header Menu page, in the Related Links section, select the category that you want to update.

On the Menu item form, fill in the fields.

Select Update.
