Configure the Portal Data List widget and page content for public access to enable guest users to view data without authentication.

## Before you begin

Role required: sp_admin

## Procedure

1. Make Portal Data List Widget public
   1. Navigate to AllService PortalWidgets.
   2. Search and select <kbd class="ph userinput">Portal data list</kbd> in the Name column.
   3. Select the Public check box.
   4. Select Update.

2. Make pages containing the Portal Data List widget public (For example, cases and tasks page).
   1. Navigate to AllService PortalPages.
   2. Search and select the page containing the Portal Data List widget in the Title column (For example, cases and tasks page).
   3. Select the Public check box.
   4. Save the page.
   5. Select Instance for the Portal Data List widget from Page Content.  
      The widget instance page opens.
   6. Select Roles.
   7. Search and move public from Available to Selected List.
   8. Select Done.
   9. Select Update.
