    • Update the version of Engagement Messenger in the code used to embed Engagement Messenger in your website or to launch features automatically with Engagement Messenger.

    Before you begin

    Role required: Website administrator

    Procedure

    1. Open the HTML file of the web page on the website where you integrate Engagement Messenger.
    2. Change the existing version number to v=3.1.
      For example:Engagement Messenger with the version number highlighted in the Embed code.
    3. Save the file.
