Create a page for Configurable Portal widgets

    • Create a page into which you can add Configurable Portal widgets.

    Before you begin

    The UI Components for Customer Portals plugin must have been activated. For more information, see Activate the UI Components for Customer Portals plugin.

    Role required: sp_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.
    2. Select Designer.
    3. On the Service Portal Designer page, select Add a new Page.
    4. Enter the text for the page title.
    5. Enter an ID for the page that does not include spaces or any special character except for an underscore.
    6. Select Submit.

    Result

    The page is created in the Service Portal Designer.
