Setup Business and Consumer Portal
Configure the Business Portal to match your organization's requirements, including branding, menus, home pages, widgets, and search sources.

Some of the components that you can customize include:
- Branding: Configure the portal branding to give your Business Portal and Consumer Portal portal their own look and feel. The Coral theme is available for the Business and Consumer Portal portal.
- Menus: Update the base system menu or add a new one. For details, see Configure the portal header menu.
- Home page: Update the default home page by updating the widget configuration or assign a custom home page. For details, see Assign a homepage to the portal.
- Widgets: Use configurable portal widgets to define the content in your portal. For details, see Configurable Portal widget library.
- Header: Update the header configuration according to your need. For details, see Configure the Portal Polaris Header widget for your portal
- Footer: Customize information at the bottom of the page. For details, see Configure the Portal Polaris Footer widget.
- Taxonomy: Configure a taxonomy on Business and Consumer Portal to define topics relevant to your users.
- List pages: Browse, search & filter through records of cases, products, orders, and others. For details, see Add and configure the Portal Data List widget
- Roles: Configure page security by role to either set up pages to be public (no login required) or to filter them by user role.
- Search sources: Configure a search source for the portal to describe the behavior and source of searchable data. For details, see Define a search source.
