Embed the global code and component code of the Playbook intake component instance that you configured so that you can enable your customers to start creating a case using the playbook guided experience on your third-party
website.

## Before you begin

You must configure the Playbook intake component instance. For information, see [Configure the Playbook intake component instance](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/4AIay47PuAgu1cFuqlrM7g "Configure the Playbook intake component instance so that your users can embed it on their website and submit cases using playbook guided experience from their website directly.").

Role required: None

## Procedure

1. On your third-party website, in the website's HTML file, paste the global code that you copied.  
   Note:  
   The global code only needs to be added once to your third-party website.
2. On your website's HTML file, paste the component code that you copied.
3. **Optional:** Open the website to which you embedded web component to verify that it launches the Playbook intake component instance.

## Result

The Playbook intake component instance appears on your third-party website.
