Display the integer values of all case states

    • Display the integer values of all of the states associated with cases.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sp_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definitions > Choice Lists.
    2. On the Choices page, in the Table column, enter *sn_customerservice_case.
    3. In the Element column, enter state.

    Result

    The Value column on the Choices page displays the integer values of all the states related to a case.
